Support Process

PawCour support reviews booking, message, care-card, payment, provider, and incident records to resolve user issues. Urgent pet or human safety emergencies should be handled through local emergency services first.

Response Targets

Critical safety issues are prioritized first, followed by payment disputes, active booking issues, and profile support.
